Inspections can be carried out across the South East of England at a frequency that suits the requirements of the site and the client.
Our cost effective fees are only charged for the total amount of time spent on site.
We formulate a report on site on conclusion of the inspection.
A copy at the time is provided to the site contact for any action required and an additional copy forwarded to the company health and safety representative for review.
Safety Audits of the Work Environment

Premises Fire Audits and Fire Risk Assessments
To assist in complying with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, JS Safety Associates can undertake fire audits of your premises, construction site and any other workplace. We provide guidance on the completion of fire risk assessments.
Office Risk Assessments
Detailed office risk assessments can be carried out, including workstations, storage areas, welfare facilities, access to utilities and required maintenance procedures of the office building.
Following assessment of the risks, we can assist in the production of an action list ensuring compliance with recommendations.
Health and Safety Documentation
We assist companies to comply with the requirements of the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2014. JS Safety Associates have undertaken the role of the appointed person (CPCS) to assist our client to approve and sign off submitted lifting plans, prepare lifting plans and schedule of standard lifts.
